Washing machine not filling: information to record
Confirm the tap is open, the inlet hose is not kinked and there is normal water pressure. A clogged inlet filter can also slow or stop filling.

If supply is normal, the washer may need testing of the inlet valve, wiring and water-level sensing system. A faulty pressure signal can make the control board think the drum is already full.
