A blanket may fit through the washer door and still be unsuitable for the programme you have chosen. Before washing blankets, read both the fabric care label and the appliance instructions. The size of the opening is not a reliable guide to the permitted load.

Washing blankets: Check two sets of instructions
The blanket label tells you whether machine washing is allowed and what care conditions apply. The washer manual explains which programme, if any, is intended for bulky items and what load limit applies to it. Neither instruction should be replaced by a guess based on the drum's advertised capacity.
If the care label is missing or the item is unusually heavy, do not force it into the machine simply because you have washed smaller blankets before. Different fillings and fabrics may need different handling. Keep the decision specific to the item in front of you.
Avoid packing the drum tightly
Load the appliance as its instructions describe. Do not push down a bulky item just to make room for more laundry. An everyday clothing load and one large absorbent item can behave differently during a wash. The programme's limits matter more than how much can be physically squeezed inside.
Before starting, remove items that should not be washed with the blanket and confirm the chosen settings. If you later request service, the technician will need to know that the problem happened with a bulky load rather than a typical mixed wash.
If the wash begins to struggle
Note whether the machine pauses before spinning, displays a message or makes unusually strong movements. Follow the manual's pause and unloading instructions; never force a locked door. If there is retained water or an unsafe movement, do not keep restarting the same load.
our guide to a washer that will not spin explains which details help describe a failed spin. One troublesome blanket load does not by itself prove that the motor is defective. A repeated problem with ordinary loads is a different pattern and should also be reported.
Send a clear service request
For a Kuwait inspection, tell Z-ONE Technical the model, selected programme, type of blanket and cycle stage where the trouble appeared. You can photograph the care label and the display. This gives useful context without needing to open the washer or guess which part is responsible.

Washing blankets: five details to record
These observations help describe the problem without opening panels or guessing a failed component. Use the instructions for your exact model when considering any user care step.
- Read the care label on the blanket and the washer’s load guidance before selecting a programme. A bulky item is not judged only by its dry weight. The appliance instructions determine whether that type of load is suitable.
- Describe the size and material of the item if you are asking about a cycle problem. A single heavy blanket can behave differently from several smaller garments. Do not force an item into a drum that cannot accommodate it normally.
- Note whether the problem appears during washing, draining or acceleration into spin. A balancing pause and a repeated error are different observations. Avoid restarting a machine with severe movement, a leak or an electrical warning.
- Check whether the permitted programme has a different spin or drying setting. Do not assume every blanket can use the highest setting. Follow the item label and model instructions rather than changing settings to overcome an unexplained fault.
- If using a separate dryer or a washer-dryer, check the drying guidance separately. A load allowed for washing may require a different drying arrangement. Describe the appliance model and the stage that did not complete when sending an enquiry.
Keep your enquiry concise: provide your area in Kuwait, appliance brand, model number, the main symptom and any displayed error. Explain when the problem began and whether it repeats. Z-ONE Technical can discuss the inspection and appointment availability from these details; a message alone does not confirm a visit or establish which part requires repair.
